OUR POLICY
Every request is reviewed personally before we confirm it. If we don't believe the product is the right fit for where you are, we'll tell you before taking payment. This review process is the primary way we protect both parties.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If we fail to deliver what was confirmed — the specific product, within the stated timeframe — we will either complete delivery or issue a full refund. No exceptions.
IMPLEMENTATION OUTCOMES
Refunds are not issued based on implementation results or business outcomes. The deliverable is the product — not a guarantee of what happens when you use it. If you implement what we deliver and have a specific delivery concern, contact us directly.
CUSTOM WORK
The Messaging Architecture product ($995) includes one revision. After the revision is delivered and accepted, refunds are not available as the work is fully custom to your operation.
